Five for Friday 4.18.14

Hello all!  Here is a peek into our week:

{ONE}
Make sure to hop on over to our store!

While there, check out our Spring Math Bags for K, 1st, and 2nd:

and our Summer Math Bags for K, 1st, and 2nd:

{TWO}
Sarah had a fun egg hunt for her kiddos to wrap up a fun week!

And their prize at the end:

{THREE}
We had a fun time making "spring themed" postcards to send to our pen pals (Amanda and Aylin's kiddos) this week:

{FOUR}
This week we started the Questioning reading comprehension strategy.

Students recorded their before, during, and after questions on post it notes to stick on the chart:

We also used a few graphic organizers (which you can get HERE for free):

{FIVE}
We are linking up with Molly over at Lucky to Be in First to share a fun freebie! We've created a summer story and reading comprehension mini pack which would be a fun activity for your kiddos now or at the end of the year!  Click HERE for your free copy.  We're also sharing over at Manic Monday

If you're ahead of the game and need more End of Year / Summer fun like the freebie above, check out our End of the Year Fun packet!  Sure to keep your kiddos engaged during those last few weeks of the year! :)

This feedback for the packets is priceless (SO TRUE)…

Enjoy your weekend and HAPPY EASTER!
